This is the GUI of all the reset features devs are developing for galaxy y. Instead off going through all the codes and headaches, just run this.

Current features:

- save backup of /dev/bml15
- restore /dev/bml15
- unlock all four kind of locks:
------network lock
------subnetwork lock
------SP lock
------CP lock
- reset Custom binary download counter to zero
